Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please return the original item(s) within 7 days of delivery and place a new order for the desired item(s). We will process your exchange as soon as we receive the returned item(s).

Return Process

Contact our customer service team at team@eddomarine.com to initiate the return process. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of the original invoice or packing slip with the returned item(s). Ship the item(s) to the address provided by our customer service team.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item(s). Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
